Seeking flatmate in Malvern in KOOYONG, Victoria for sale

I'm looking for somebody to share my flat in Malvern for a few months. I'm hoping for somebody between 24 and 30 years old.
I'm a shift worker so I'm home at strange times sometimes. Looking for somebody easy going and tidy - Someody willing to share cleaning duties and pick up after themselves. But I'm not a clean freak or anything :)
Ummm the place is fully furnished except for the bedroom. You would only need a bed and maybe a shelf or drawers. The room itself is quite big, would definitely fit a decent sized bed in it.
It's close to the number 5 tram and Malvern train station. Close to Glenferrie road (shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants) and has a secure car park and off street parking also. It has a small front and back yard with a shed.
I also have a 1 year old dog that lives with me some of the time so the ideal flatmate would be a dog lover... Or at the very least, give her some attention if she's around alone sometimes when I'm at work.
I have to end my lease her in May next year so I'm looking for someone from 12/10 until then... Would possibly consider a shorter term.
Internet is connected and is $30/m, all other bills would be split (gas and electricity).
I love music, movies, tv, cooking, dining out and the occasional drink.
The rent is $826/m and one month bond also required.
