We have a room for rent in Malvern on Wattletree Rd.
It's a large double bricker family home, really quiet, large front garden and nice front porch. Awesome, tidy housemates aged 22 - 30 (and 1 british blue cat - gary), all full time studying or working.
We're looking for a friendly, fun, easy-going housemate, preferably one with full time work, pays bills and rent punctually and who contributes to general household duties and maintenance.
We have 3 park drive way, if you have a car and street parking also (except peak times).
Smokers are fine, we have a lovely back and front verander with couches and tables.
#5 tram right out the front and a short walk from Malvern station and Glenferrie Rd (super market, restaurants, post office etc)
