Hello and welcome to my ad, awesome location, awesome housemate. nice tidy fully furnished apartment with large backyard which has been done in synthetic turf with a sail and even have a BBQ and outdoor setting. thank god for ikea. I am a 24 year old student just looking for someone who is happy and relaxed. The apartment has a communal laundry and i have recently got wireless internet and metv for the place too, which we would split down the middle. there is a single bed in the room at the moment but it is nothing to turn it to hard rubbish if you want to bring your own bed. The room also has built in robes. 5 minute walk to tooronga station and 1 minute to trams on high or malvern rd.
