The room is the master room and you will have everything you need like super big wardrobe ,queen size bed and study table &chair.
The location is also very nice as well, especially convenient for student who study in Swinburne and Monash. 15mins walking to Malvern station. 5 mins walking to tram 16,5,6
only 20mins to city. There are huge amount of restaurents on the Glenferrie Rd like Nandos, Subway, Pizza hut.........only 2 mins walking to Coles supermarket.
The rent will be $650 a month include everything but split electricity bill only.
